Micah Robinson Shares His 'Heart Song' With Those In Need

As Valentine's Day looms on the horizon, pretty much everyone's thoughts are love-themed (whether in a positive or negative light is another matter). While many tend to focus on romantic notions during this "Hallmark holiday," it's also a good time to spread love in general. The visuals for Micah Robinson's "Heart Song" are a heartwarming motivator to go beyond the superficial fluff and touch someone's life with a genuine act of kindness.

On a cold day in January, the Bounce-Worthy singer/songwriter took to the snow-covered streets of his D.C. hometown to connect with the less fortunate – serving up a hot meal with a heaping side of soul. "Wouldn't it be something if I could change the world? / Well, who says I can't?," he sings. Mr. Robinson's words aren't just lip service, though. The Jay Gregory film is actually showing footage of the inaugural event for his Live2Give campaign. The initiative aims to plant seeds of kindness within the community, and ultimately, the world. While you may be tempted to close your eyes as Micah's intoxicating vocals speak to your soul, we encourage you to keep your eyes open and witness true love in action.

If you're ready to support an artist who is "...Trying to do my part to make the world a better place / Trying to be the change I wish to see," hit the Live2Give page to see how you can help. Watch "Heart Song" and revisit Robinson's 2018 EP Experimental Acetaminophen while we wait for his new project due in March.
