Q Spends Some Time With Himself In ‘NOT ALONE’ & Announces ‘THROUGH THE SOUL Tour’ With Baby Rose

Retro-leaning singer-songwriter Q is still readying his latest effort Soul,PRESENT for release next month. He’s been offering up more than his fair share of singles in the lead-up to the album’s release, but not a lot of attention has been paid to his visuals. He aims to change that with the release of the visual for his most recent single “NOT ALONE.”

The singer decides to give us more Q than we bargained for in the clip. It opens with him walking into an empty room and picking up a microphone. He’s almost immediately joined by a second version of himself, and then another and another. Each personality does something unique. One literally sinks into the cushions of a floral couch. Another gets his workout on while giving himself the eye in the mirror. The last member of the four-Q crew sits down at a keyboard to accompany the singing version on the mic.

As the video and song progress, each takes the meaning of the song to heart and moves closer to acceptance. Each one eventually exits the room, leaving the original Q alone to joyously dance on the newly red carpet before giving a smile for one final, fish-eyed lens shot.

Like the title of his new single, Q will also not be alone when he hits the road this spring and summer on his just announced THROUGH THE SOUL Tour. He and fellow rising star Baby Rose will hit the road starting Sunday, May 28th for the 19-date jaunt across North America, with ticket fan presales starting today (April 19th) before going on sale to the general public on Friday, April 21st. More information can be found by visiting Q’s website.
