Lenny Kravitz Delivers A 'Stand' Up Performance In His Latest Video

Steadily releasing new material in support of his upcoming Black & White America album, Lenny Kravitz has bestowed upon us a new Paul Hunter-directed video for his single "Stand." Going the Andre 3K route, Kravitz gives us both a throwback vid -- in this case, recreating the 1970's Let's Make a Deal genre of game shows -- and turns in multiple performances. He does his best Randy Watson impersonation playing band leader Desmond Richie with an awesome permed wig, does uptight-as-shady show host Bart Billingsworth, and basically plays himself as drummer Bubba Washington. While the song isn't Lenny at his most remarkable, it's still a pretty solid effort, and the video's throwback feel matches the song, which sounds like it would've fit right in on '70's radio. All in all, a pretty fun time is had by all, and if you stay for the credits, you'll even get a few extra laughs.
