Michigan-based producer 14KT puts his golden glow on New Zealand chanteuse Ladi6's "Ikarus," the lead single off her album Automatic, released earlier this year. Her voice sounds like a warmer variant of Little Dragon's frontwoman Yukimi Nagano, and it blends well with the warped funky elements 14KT adds into the song. The original version of "Ikarus" already has a futuristic vibe to it, but this remix adds another layer to the sonic landscape of the song.
