Timing is everything. Just ask Yuna. The Malaysian songstress has wanted to perform on the COLORS platform for years, and she came close twice before, but she was unable to make it happen either time due to conflicts. When the opportunity recently came back around, however, schedules, the stars and everything finally aligned for Yuna to perform her new single “Glory.”
The singer-songwriter made a plan to visit COLORS at their Berlin headquarters while on holiday in Barcelona with her husband. “On my trip, I thrifted this black leather jacket, boots, and this silver dress and cut this scarf from a large piece of black fabric – our Airbnb was a mess!” she joked on Instagram where she shared how she pulled herself together for this performance.
Yuna rocked her stylish thrifted outfit and the mic in the infamous COLORS Studios. Her custom set color was a calming sage green, and she stood on a raised platform to sing. She also incorporated a TC-Helicon VoiceLive device to play the music track and for vocal effects to really set things off, which she did with ease. She sounded flawless singing “Glory” live and just like the recorded version of the song.
