The "Roc Boys" are in the building! Jay-Z's new video for "Roc Boys (And the Winner Is)" has hit the net, and it is quite an exercise in excess. The video starts off innocently enough with a young (and very convincing) Jigga lookalike in the projects with his boys, but when grown Jay-Z steps on the scene in his tailored suit the game has officially changed. Watch Jay party it up and pop bottles of Ace of Spades with Mariah Carey, Diddy, Cassie, Nas and a host of other famous faces. But even with all the celebrity cameos we have to ask the question, where in the world is Beyoncé?
