Since 2010, ONE Musicfest has been bringing the best acts music has to offer to the streets of Atlanta. After years of packing as many acts as possible into its one-day event, festival organizers have finally expanded the event to two days, taking over the city Saturday, September 8th and Sunday, September 9th in Atlanta's Central Park. One look at this year's lineup makes it clear why two full days were an absolute must thanks to top-notch acts such as Nas, Cardi B., Miguel, George Clinton & Parliament, Brandy and Teedra Moses.
Dubbed one of the country's "Can't Miss Festivals," ONE Musicfest has quietly built up a reputation for uniting urban progressive music with unique cultural and artistic experiences. Other acts set to take the stage over the newly-expanded event include Big Sean, Kelis, Big K.R.I.T. and August Greene, the superstar trio consisting of Robert Glasper, Common and Karriem Riggins. SoulBounce faves like Goldlink, dvsn and St. Beauty will also bless attendees with their electrifying performances. Meanwhile, no music event in Atlanta is complete without showing love to the city's rich musical legacy. ATLiens and hip-hop fans will be well-represented with acts like T.I., Jeezy and an entire set dedicated to keeping it crunk that will feature popular acts like Youngbloodz, Ying Yang Twins, Kilo Ali, Trillville and Eastside Boyz.
"We are all super excited about OMF 2018. Growing into a two-day festival allows us to expand our roster, highlight more of the music that we love and give our audience an experience unlike any!" festival founder Jason "J" Carter expressed in a statement. With a lineup this diverse and extensive, we are positive that attendees and music lovers will be more than happy with this year's expanded experience.
