I have to give it to Lil' Kim. After being found guilty of perjury, serving jail time, and perfecting her transformation into an Asian version of her former self from the neck up, she still manages to stay relevant. She's currently on Dancing With The Stars, and doing quite well from what I've heard. She even manages to have perfected a coquettish, Paris Hilton-esque lilt in her voice when speaking on DWTS. But when interviewed on "Big Boy's Neighborhood" for Los Angeles radio about Notorious, however, the Brooklyn comes all the way out. Of course she bitches about Faith Evans and Voletta Wallace (old news), but she also finds fault over not being properly consulted for her portrayal on screen. Specifically, Kim finds fault with Naturi Naughton saying "a seasoned actress...would have gotten my blessing" before going ahead with the role. Kim must also assume that Robert Downey, Jr. got permission from Tony Starks before reprising his role in Iron Man 2. Then again, maybe we'll all get a shot a seeing the "real" Lil' Kim when her biopic comes out on the 12th of Never. Can't wait. [H/T:PB]
