Zo! and Tall Black Guy’s 2021 album Abstractions has proven itself to be the gift that keeps on giving. Released during the height of the pandemic, Abstractions was part of the soundtrack that got us through the pandemonium. They revived the project earlier this year with a deluxe edition that included some dope bonuses. The fellas haven’t just been bringing us recorded music, though. They’ve kept the live music coming on their Abstractions Tour, which they’ve announced will continue in 2024.
This will be the third year for Zo! and TBG’s Abstractions Tour, and this next leg will take them to new locations and familiar places. The 2024 Abstractions Tour commences on January 13th with a show in St. Petersburg, Florida on the same bill as Alex Harris and J. Brown. Following that concert, shows are currently on the books in Detroit, London, LA, NYC and Bethesda, Maryland through July. Don’t worry if you don’t see your city listed, these cities and dates are only the beginning of what is sure to be a packed schedule for the pair.
Accompanying Zo! and Tall Black Guy at all these shows will be vivacious vocalist Debórah Bond. Combined with their live band, their concerts are a guaranteed good time.
