Maxwell is ready to make some waves. The legendary artist is taking to the high seas next year, and he’s inviting a few of his talented friends – and all of his fans – to set sail with him on Maxwell’s Urban Hang Suite Cruise.
The cruise is scheduled to take its maiden voyage in February 2024 around Valentine’s Day, which is fitting for all of the music lovers who will be on board. Cruisers can look forward to seeing multifaceted superstars Ledisi and Robert Glasper, neo-soul veterans Musiq Soulchild and Leela James and contemporary R&B favorites Gallant and Sabrina Claudio all perform live throughout the luxurious four-day trip to the Bahamas. Of course, Maxwell will also rock the mic during not one but two exclusive concert performances.
Maxwell’s Urban Hang Suite Cruise will feature comedians, DJs and even more artists who’ll be added to the impressive inaugural roster of talent. Named after his classic debut album Urban Hang Suite, the four-day cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line’s ship Norwegian Pearl will be for lovebirds, music heads and travel enthusiasts alike.
The Norwegian Pearl will depart from Miami, Florida on Saturday, February 10, 2024 and travel to Norwegian’s private island Great Stirrup Cay and Nassau, Bahamas before returning to Miami the morning of Wednesday, February 14, 2024. When vacationers aren’t living it up on the boat attending concerts or kicking it in the exclusive S508 lounge, they can soak up the sun on white sand beaches and enjoy excursions at the two ports of call.
