There's a new kid on the music festival block with the announcement of the R&B Only Fest, powered by COLORS Worldwide, the masterminds behind the R&B Only brand. R&B Only is expanding their wildly-popular, all-R&B live events with the inaugural R&B Only Fest coming this May to the Lakewood Amphitheatre in Atlanta.
R&B Only Fest is showing out for their first music festival with an enviable lineup of R&B stars past, present and future. The always entertaining and enchanting Erykah Badu will headline the festival, which should be enough to have you making plans to attend. But with the likes of Miguel, Lucky Daye, Lloyd, Ty Dolla $ign, dvsn, Muni Long and Maeta on the bill, it's a done deal. Sign us up and take our money!
Newcomers Ann Marie, Dende and Will Wildfire will get some time to shine on the R&B Only Fest stage and show attendees why they've got next. Hip-hop artist Wale will also be in attendance with a special set featuring a few of his R&B collaborations. Expect to see Wale and Miguel perform "Lotus Flower Bomb" live and for Lloyd to join him to perform their tracks "Sabotage" and "All Of Me." With so many artists calling Atlanta home, there's no telling who else will dip onto the stage to join Mr. Folarin during this once-in-a-lifetime performance.
