FLO is vying for a spot on your summer soundtracks and playlists with their latest single “Caught Up.” The sweet-voiced trio sets a man straight with a warning set to a banging instrumental.

Renée Downer, Stella Quaresma and Jorja Douglas get right down to relationship business on “Caught Up.” The singers take turns on lead vocals as they tell homeboy to resist temptation when he’s out in these streets – although they have their suspicions that he won’t.

Stella tells it like it is to begin their cautionary tale. “No, I’m not the type to keep you wrapped up inside / And I won’t start a fight to keep you with me tonight / Cause I can spot the truth when I look in your face / And I can smell a lie before you walk in my place,” she sings.

Renée keeps it just as real in her lyrics. “Cause I'ma find out if you creeping / It will come to light because the dark couldn’t keep it,” she admonishes.

Jorja keeps the same energy as her girls and urges him to just be honest, singing, “Why wouldn’t I wanna know? It gon’ matter if I don’t / So you better tell me.”

They give him every chance to tell the truth, and he refuses. But the gag is that they’ve already caught him in his lies and discovered his cheating ways. They end the song by sending him on his merry way back to the streets.

“It's very simple, we are not going to lose ourselves going crazy over a guy, if you get caught up, it's a simple bye bye,” FLO shared about their inspo for the track via press release. “We know our worth and ‘Caught up’ is a friendly reminder that we are not to be played with.”

After featuring a few whips in the video for “Walk Like This,” the ladies of FLO are back in the driver’s seat in the visualizer for “Caught Up.” Director Ganna Bogdan follows them on a road trip through the desert. The girls serve some summertime looks as they galivant around the great outdoors in a sweet yellow Mercedes-Benz AMG. Devoid of the relationship drama present in the song, the focus is all on Stella, Renée and Jorja enjoying themselves and having fun.
