The Usher Herpes Lawsuit Saga Keeps On Turning
Similar to the STD it's all about, Usher's herpes lawsuit scandal just won't go away. In the latest in the suit, Ursh has clapped back by turning the blame on one of the accusers. According to a legal statement, the "U Remind Me" singer claims that, "With 1 in 6 chance that any given partner can have genital herpes, [she] assumed the risk of contracting an STD each and every time she chose to have unprotected sex with a casual, consensual partner.” Well, that statement isn't wrong, especially if no condom was used during the process. However, the accuser, Laura Helm, has changed up her story about condom use during their encounters, changing her tune that they used protection each time and saying that one of the times no protection was used.
