You can always rely on Tru Thoughts to deliver a great single package for their artists, and Alice Russell's latest is no different. Set to release "For A While" as the third single from her recent album To Dust, Alice and her label have called upon the talents of LA-based producer Lost Midas (who has just joined the TT stable himself) to inject a little bit of electro-funk and new wave in to what was already one of the LP's most modern sounding cuts. We already know Alice's killer vocals sound great against a classic soul backdrop, but this remix reinforces what long-time fans already know -- Alice sounds great on just about anything a producer can throw at her.
