In case you’re not completely over all of the Beyoncé covers, here's one that involves time travel. Pianist and arranger Scott Bradlee and the perfectly-named Postmodern Jukebox take Beyoncé's "Drunk in Love" and add a sepia filter to it. Featuring the velvety vocals of Cristina Gatti, Postmodern Jukebox give Yonce a run for her money with their late 1940s rendition. Mix a little jazz, big band and diva-tude together and you get a reimagining of a club banger that Billie Holiday and Louis Armstrong would’ve two-stepped to. Gatti’s vocals are reminiscent of the late Amy Winehouse, who was also a perfect blend of jazz and contemporary style.  While you watch this video, pay close attention not only to the vocalist but to the expert musicians backing Gatti and keeping the song right at home in the '40s Swing Era. If you're in love with Postmodern Jukebox's version of Queen Bey's track, you're privileged enough in this digital age to purchase this ditty on iTunes.
