Mya celebrated her 44th birthday on October 10th, and the forever fine singer took it upon herself to give her fans a couple of gifts. As generous as she is gorgeous, she dropped some bonus content to complement her new single and visual “Whine” with Bounty Killer in the form of a new mix and dance video.

The “Whine (Dance Mix)” keeps the original song intact, only slightly increasing the pace of DJ Hardwerk’s production. This updated version lends itself to a faster whine as opposed to a slow grind. Mya released the new mix on an EP with sped-up and slowed-down versions of it and the original.

The songstress also decided to return back to Jamaica for some sun, fun and whining. In the brand-new “Whine (Dance Visual)” directed by Derek Brown, Mya is joined by Dance Jamaica dancehall queens Latonya Style, Sara Bendii, Kissy McKoy and Shanice Caterpillar to give viewers some lessons and eye candy.

Filmed on location on Wickie Wackie Beach, we watch Mya and company bust a sexy move against a picture-perfect background of waves and blue skies. The ladies showcase traditional dancehall-style dances for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels allowing people to get in where they fit in and follow along.
