We're sure that all you Maxwell fans out there are still taking dips in his "Lake By the Ocean" and counting down the days until his blackSUMMERS'night is released. While we definitely don't want to disturb your groove, you might want to hit pause, because we've got some important Maxwell related news to share. As we're sure you already know, Maxwell has already confirmed one performance date this year at the ESSENCE Festival in New Orleans on July 1st. Now the Brooklyn-born crooner has confirmed a full lineup of dates for his SUMMERS' tour, which is appropriately taking place all summer long.
The tour, which kicks off in Tacoma, WA, this June, will find Max singing his way into our hearts from the West to the East Coast and everywhere in between, with stops in Albuquerque, Montreal, Toronto, Brooklyn, Austin, Las Vegas, Raleigh, Orlando and Augusta, GA. And, judging by some of the major cities not on the list, we have a feeling that more dates and locations will be added soon. In addition to his SUMMERS' Tour, Max will also be hitting the stage on April 23rd for the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and on April 24th for the Tobago Jazz Experience.
