Pharrell Williams Makes Everyone 'Happy' At The 2014 Oscars

Pharrell Lupita Oscars

There were plenty of reasons to be happy at last nights's Oscars ceremony. Host Ellen Degeneres kept the evening funny and fun, Lupita Nyong'o won for Best Supporting Actress and gave an inspiring, moving acceptance speech and 12 Years a Slave deservedly won Best Picture. As if all that wasn't enough, our main man Pharrell blessed the stage to perform his Oscar-nominated song "Happy." Sporting a track jacket, jeans and yet another version of that damn hat, Pharrell and his colorful crew of dancers took the stage and got the entire crowd moving and grooving. Skateboard P even took to the audience and got the likes of Lupita, Meryl Streep and Amy Adams to shake their shimmies while he put a smile on everyone's face and brightened the night. Sadly, Pharrell didn't take home a golden statue this year (that honor was bestowed on the writers of Frozen's "Let It Go"), but what does that matter when a song has already brought us all so much joy already. Put a smile on your face and settle in for yet another infectious dose of happy right here.
