The Foreign Exchange Are 'Better' Than Your Average

Surprisingly, there are still people who haven't copped The Foreign Exchange's Love In Flying Colors yet. Crazy, right? For the holdouts out there, Nicolay and Phonte have yet another preview of what you're missing out on. "Better" is one of my early favorites from the album and features soul man Eric Roberson trading verses with Phonte amid a flurry of piano, horns and a thumping bass kick. The guys tell the girls of their past why they opted for the better romantic option, with Phonte even rapping that he feels "brand new fully loaded with features" with a love that reaches, teaches and frees him. But it's not just about the guys here. Songstress Shana Tucker holds her own by holding down the chorus, providing a contrast to all the male energy present. Though I cram to understand why some of you haven't done so yet, you can head over to iTunes, Amazon and even the group's site to get your hands on a copy. So go ahead and treat yo'self as you listen to "Better" below.
