Here at SoulBounce we have become quite the fans of alternative soulster Miles Bonny. From his tribute to Raphael Saadiq on Instant Saadiq, to his collaborations with Suff Daddy, DJ Day, and 74 Miles Away, we have enjoyed just about everything we have heard, so it's welcome news that this June will see the release of Miles' first solo album, Lumberjack Soul. The album comprises various collaborations (including those mentioned above) alongside five new tracks. The first release from the album, "Nuthin' But Chu," is a laid-back affair that puts me in mind of a rawer, grittier John Legend. You can download the track for free below and the full album will be available June 24th via Melting Pot Music.
