Lion Babe has always had a passion for fashion. The New York-based duo has served us plenty of looks over the course of their 14-year career, whether it be in their stylish music videos or their showstopping performances all over the globe. But this time around, they’re putting their fashion where their music is on “Fashion Week,” their timely ode to this time of year.

“Fashion Week” finds Lion Babe teaming once again with producer Never Dull, whom they’ve previously worked with on their 2025 single “Birthday Suit,” and he once again hooks them up with a hypnotic, club- (or runway-) ready vibe. Claps and synths greet us meekly at the song’s start, but the volume soon turns all the way up to blaring levels as singer Jillian Hervey details what it’s like to be caught up in the whirlwind of Fashion Week.

But the song doesn’t just give us fashion-forward fierceness. They also take a minute to honor the supermodels who strutted the catwalk in years past, name-checking the likes of Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks, Iman, Linda Evangelista and quite a few more. And you can go ahead and add their name to the list, as “Fashion Week” is bound to become a runway staple for many seasons to come.

In addition to “Fashion Week” and an upcoming performance in London on Thursday, September 17th, Lion Babe seems to have a lot of goodies in store for us in the coming months. We were able to get more in-depth about what those are and much more when we sat down for a chat with them recently. You'll be able to get into that interview very soon, but until then, vibe out to “Fashion Week” when you press play.
