The Soul On The Water concert series at Pier Six Pavilion has had a strong inaugural season that’s helped to revive the beloved amphitheater at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Before the outdoor venue shuts down for 2026, a handful of concerts remain on the schedule, including the final Soul On The Water show of the year produced by The Finn Group. The series will conclude on Thursday, October 1st with a dreamy night of R&B featuring Raheem DeVaughn and Daley.
The hardest-working soul man in the DMV and the UK crooner will convene in Baltimore to perform their respective classics and some new joints. Headliner Raheem DeVaughn will take a night off from hosting the original Quiet Storm on WHUR to take fans through there and through his discography with selections from where he began with The Love Experience to his latest project QUIET STORM LOVER TOME UN. Daley will set the tone for the evening with his opening set and give concertgoers a helping of hits and a taste of something fresh from his new album Strange Nature.
This will be an unforgettable night of music, and the perfect end to Soul On The Water’s first of many seasons to come. The Finn Group is joining SoulBounce to make it a night to remember for a few of our SoulBouncers with a free ticket giveaway. They’ve given us four pairs of tickets, which you can enter to win by filling out the entry form below. Winners will be informed and announced on Wednesday, September 30th.
