The Devil Wears Prada 2, the much anticipated sequel to the 2006 workplace comedy The Devil Wears Prada, is set to make quite the splash in theaters this weekend. The movie will once again feature stars such as film legend Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Stanley Tucci and Emily Blunt. But fans can expect two more divas to join the party this time around, with Lady Gaga and Doechii joining the fold on the soundtrack side of things with their dance floor-filling bop “RUNWAY.” With the film on the precipice of release, the two come together for a stunning visual for the track.

“RUNWAY” was already a sassy track, with Doechii and Gaga trading verses over a house-inspired beat. The key portion of the song’s sentiment comes with the pre-chorus, though, as the ladies revel in their bad b***h status while giving us this mission statement.

“Yes, serve a little sass / Yes, with a little side of a** / Yes, got the front row screaming / Okay (Okay), okay (Okay),” Doechii states matter-of-factly. “Yes, do a little twirl / Yes, let ’em know I’m that girl / Yes, Monday through Sunday / I can turn a dance floor into a runway.”

The ladies turn to famed choreographer-turned-director Parris Goebel for the song’s ultra-glam and haute couture visuals. Gaga and Doechii and their crew of dancers walk, sashay, twirl and strut for the camera with a fierceness that only a supermodel (or maybe a drag queen) could muster. All the while, they rock pieces that are just as much art as they are fashion, including teapot getups, spike-and-rhinestone-studded body suits complete with facekinis, and voluminous asymmetrical ballgowns that have to be seen to be believed.

“RUNWAY” is a pop-rap collaboration that was simply inevitable and a perfect lead-off to what’s looking to be one of the year’s biggest films. Feast your eyes on the visual, and look for both The Devil Wears Prada 2 and its soundtrack to be released this Friday, May 1st.
