Twenty years ago, the world was introduced to the dreamy talents of a young singer-songwriter named Corinne Bailey Rae. The songstress charmed the world with her self-titled debut, which spawned hit singles “Like A Star,” “Put Your Records On” and “Trouble Sleeping,” and she’s continued to enchant us in the years since with three other studio albums, a live album and several EPs. Now, she’s taking a moment to celebrate the milestone with her upcoming tour Like A Star: 20 Years Of Corinne Bailey Rae.

The 24-date tour will see Corinne showing love to her debut album by playing the project in its entirety live for all her fans to hear — something that she hasn’t done since the set’s release. “The songs on that record were moments from my life, and those songs went on to change my life, forever,” she shared on Instagram. “I love them and can’t wait to perform all of them for you on tour this year.”

Corinne will waste no time in doing so when the tour officially kicks off at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival in Cheltenham, UK on May 3rd. From there, the States and Canada will see her through the end of May until mid-June with stops in cities like Pittsburgh, Toronto, Chicago and Atlanta. After a brief hiatus, she’ll be back at it again in July for the second half of the tour. This time around, she’ll hit the likes of Budapest, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle and New York throughout July, August and September before wrapping things up in London on October 27th (though she’s also noted that more dates will be added to the schedule).

A ticket presale for the globetrotting trek is already underway, with fans able to snag advance tickets using the code “records20.” Otherwise, the tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, February 27th. To participate in either sale, you can visit Corinne’s website for more information and to make your purchases.

In addition, fans in the New York City tristate area can also catch the singer as she promotes her first-ever children’s book Put Your Records On, which will be released on Tuesday, March 3rd, with bookstore appearances in New Jersey and New York City. Tickets to those three appearances can also be purchased through the singer’s website.
