Coco Jones is counting the days until her debut album Why Not More? is released. The set is due to drop on Friday, April 25th, and she is just as excited as her Co-Captains are for its arrival. Her album rollout continues with the singer and actress finally unveiling the 14-song tracklist.
Jones took to her socials to spread the big news to her followers in a vignette. We join the beauty putting the finishing touches on her makeup in the bathroom mirror. She doesn’t go all Issa Rae in Insecure on us and talk to her reflection or rap hilarious lyrics, though. Coco calls her homegirl instead to gripe about her wayward man, and their conversation consists of all the song titles.
“Girl, ‘Here We Go,’” Coco says at the onset of the call, to which her friend on the other end responds, “Uh oh,” ready for the tea. While the two ladies converse, each time they utter a title, it pops up on the mirror until the names of all 14 songs (and any featured artists) are revealed. Her other previously released singles – “Most Beautiful Design,” “Taste” and her most recent “You” – are seen alongside songs with intriguing titles like “AEOMG,” “Hit You Where It Hurts” and “Forever Don’t Hit Like Before.” Aside from Future and London On Da Track, the only other feature is from YG Marley on the album’s title cut.
This tracklist reveal is very on-brand for the starlet. It’s sassy, clever and creative. Watch Coco Jones tap into her acting bag to bring her Why Not More? tracklist to life below. Then keep scrolling to see our guesstimate of the official song order on the tracklist.
