This time last year, Ledisi was gearing up for The Good Life Tour to support her 11th album Good Life. Now, fresh off her powerful pregame performance of “Lift Every Voice And Sing” at Super Bowl LIX, she’s giving her fans more opportunities to experience the magic of seeing her live. Led is getting ready to embark on a new concert tour, and she’s bringing Marsha Ambrosius and some other special guests along with her.
Ledisi’s upcoming musical journey is titled Love You Too: The Tour and is named after her current single “Love You Too.” The song is the lead single from her next album The Crown, which is set for release sometime this spring. The season will be a busy one for Ledisi with the tour scheduled to begin on May 28th in Baltimore.
The 23-city, 24-date tour will make music moves across North America, including two shows in the D.C. area, Virginia Beach, Durham, Chicago, Milwaukee, Toronto, Memphis, Charlotte and Jacksonville. The month-long journey will end in Savannah on June 29th.
Concertgoers can expect to be thoroughly entertained on Love You Too: The Tour. Besides Ledisi’s expansive discography, hitmaker Marsha Ambrosius will come through with favorites from her catalog through her latest album CASABLANCO. She may even incorporate some Floetry jams in the mix, too.
Ambrosius will join Led on all but two tour dates. Rahsaan Patterson will serve as the opening act for the Detroit stop while Kindred The Family Soul will open the show in Stockbridge, Georgia.
