Fans of music, the arts, culture and creativity are invited to pull up in Baltimore this Memorial Day weekend. Artscape 2025 is going down on Saturday, May 24th and Sunday, May 25th with an exciting lineup of performers already announced and big changes ahead for Charm City’s annual free outdoor arts festival.

The talent roster for Artscape 2025 will feature artists across numerous genres. R&B leads the way with headliner Fantasia and Tweet on the schedule for the first day and Robin Thicke on tap for day two. Hip-hop will take the stage when our faves Phonte and Rapper Big Pooh of Little Brother perform on Saturday, while country music will be represented by Tanner Adell that Sunday. The full list of performers is TBA, but festivalgoers can expect more national and local acts to fill the bill.

Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott revealed this year’s Artscape lineup during a recent press conference that also unveiled two major updates to the four-decade-old event. Artscape is relocating to downtown Baltimore and will now kick off Baltimore’s summer festival season with its move from August to Memorial Day weekend. Festivals to follow include AFRAM in June, the Caribbean Festival in July and Charm City Live wrapping up the season in September.

In addition to musical performances, Artscape 2025 will feature an art fair, a visual arts exhibition, curated conversations and chats, a new film and TV track, culinary experiences, family-friendly activities, a creative marketplace, local vendors, DJ sets and more culture-focused programming, installations and activations.
