Tems recently wrapped the North American leg of her Born In The Wild World Tour before she heads to Africa, Asia and Australia. While the Nigerian diva has been kicking it stateside, she made a few television appearances, including her debut on The Jennifer Hudson Show to perform her single “Love Me JeJe” earlier this week.

Following an enthusiastic introduction from host Jennifer Hudson, the electronic panels on stage parted to reveal the songstress and her band. Tems initiated a countdown while the musicians played the song’s instrumental intro. Everyone quickly got into the infectious groove of the Afrobeats bop.

Perhaps no one was more into it than Tems herself. The statuesque beauty exuded confidence and served curves in a colorful body con maxi-dress. Sounding as great as she looked, this performance was light work for her after commanding audiences on tour across Europe, Canada and the United States and during her late-night TV appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

Tems later sat down with JHud for an engaging conversation. The ladies chatted about everything from the infamous gown she wore to last year’s 95th Academy Awards – when she made history as the first-ever Nigerian Oscar nominee – to Justin Bieber’s pop-out during her Coachella 2024 set.
