We’re excited to be back in the Tuxedo groove again! The duo is set to drop their latest album — Tuxedo IV — in November and have given us a taste of the funk to come with its lead single “Back 4 More.” While they ready what’s sure to be yet another nostalgic trip, they tide us over by delivering a throwback visual for the single for us to enjoy.

Perhaps taking a bit of inspiration from Silk Sonic’s “Leave The Door Open,” the fellas take us into a retro studio session in the “Back 4 More” clip. Band members Mayer Hawthorne and Jake One are there dressed to impressed as they lay down the cut alongside a full band. That happens to include frequent collaborator Gavin Turek, who is draped in a sequined jumpsuit and just as game to get down to the groove.

There isn’t much of a narrative this time around as the camera mainly focuses on the studio process as each member moves and grooves to the music they’re creating. Mayer is all smiles as he barely stands still during the entire clip. Jake and Gavin, meanwhile, are a bit more measured in their movement, making sure to steal their moment when the camera lingers on their visages.

You can’t deny that Tuxedo is indeed back to their old tricks — and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Get into the video for “Back 4 More” when you press play right here.
