Jennifer Hudson just ended her summer break to premiere the third season of The Jennifer Hudson Show this week, but she’s already plotting more time off from her talk show. The superstar host is looking ahead to the holidays and returning to the concert stage for a short tour to support her first Christmas album, The Gift Of Love.
The limited engagement run is entitled The Gift Of Love: An Intimate Tour Experience, with Hudson scheduled to visit four cities to perform five holiday-themed shows beginning in November. JHud will pull up in her sleigh and pop out in Brooklyn first on November 24th. She’ll then dash through the snow to her hometown of Chicago in early December before her reindeer take her on to Los Angeles. Jennifer will complete her joyous journey with a two-night stint in Las Vegas on December 21st and December 22nd.
“I cannot wait to spend the holidays with you!” the EGOT gushed on social media in the caption that accompanied a promo video for the tour.
