Tinashe is still riding the wave of her smash hit “Nasty.” She’s had the summer on lock with the original single, the Match My Freak remix EP and even more remixes. Nasty Nashe is keeping that same energy and momentum going into the rest of the year with the announcement of her Match My Freak World Tour.
The independent artist’s world tour rolls out in North America this October and is being produced by Live Nation. Anaheim, CA is up first with the kickoff on October 4th. Tinashe will then move on to San Diego, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Austin, Atlanta, Nashville, D.C., Boston, Montreal, Toronto, Seattle and San Francisco to name a sampling of the 23 cities where she’ll pull up. She’ll be going back to Cali to end the North American leg on November 25th in Sacramento.
After setting it off in the U.S. and Canada, the Match My Freak World Tour will venture to Australia, Europe, the UK and Asia. Tinashe hasn’t unveiled her global dates yet, but she promises that they are “coming soon.”
Accompanying her on tour will be Indian-American singer Raveena who released her most recent LP Where The Butterflies Go In The Rain in June. Tinashe’s new album Quantum Baby is quickly approaching release on Friday, August 16th. The project will feature “Nasty,” of course, and her latest single “Getting No Sleep.”
To get your freak on with Tinashe on her Match My Freak World Tour, you’re gonna need a ticket. They go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 9th at 10 a.m. local time. Verizon, Live Nation and Ticketmaster are currently running their respective pre-sales through Thursday, August 8th at 10 p.m. local time. Verizon customers can obtain tickets via the Verizon Access website, while Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers can use the pre-sale password QUANTUMBABY.
