We may be in the middle of summer, but Mariah Carey is already getting a jump on the holiday season. The Queen Of Christmas normally surfaces in late October, but she’s decking the halls and jingling her bells this August with an extremely early announcement of her annual holiday concert tour. Get ready Lambs, because Mimi will be loading up her sleigh to go on Mariah Carey’s Christmas Time Tour this November and December.
The songstress has set her sights on making this holiday tour her biggest, most grandiose yet. Carey is going all out this year in celebration of the 30th anniversary of her classic holiday album Merry Christmas. Released in 1994, the collection featured the iconic single “All I Want For Christmas Is You,” which has become a massive hit and the gift that keeps on giving for the elusive chanteuse every holiday season.
Mariah Carey’s Christmas Time is being produced by Live Nation and will stop in a total of 20 U.S. cities. The tour will begin on November 6th on the West Coast with a trio of shows throughout California. She’s scheduled to hit cities such as Phoenix, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, D.C., Baltimore, Raleigh and Newark. The tour will wrap on December 17th with its final show in Brooklyn, NY before Mariah spends the holidays with her loved ones.
