We’ve been caught up in the rapture of Naomi Sharon’s latest single “Nothing Sweeter” from the moment we heard it. The tender song hits both lyrically and sonically and sounds like falling in love, which is fitting as that’s its theme. We have our fingers crossed that Naomi doesn’t deprive us of a visual for “Nothing Sweeter,” but while we wait to see if one materializes, she’s taken the song to the COLORS stage for her debut performance on the platform.
The color of choice for Naomi Sharon’s COLORS SHOW was a blue-gray tone, and OVO Sound’s first lady stood tall on the set in front of a mic hanging from the ceiling. Dressed in a long leather trenchcoat by 032c, the statuesque Caribbean-Dutch beauty chose not to reveal any skin or her shapely figure. Her gorgeous face and luxurious hair were now the focal points, but her vocals snatched all attention when she opened her mouth to sing.
Naomi felt the lyrics as she closed her eyes and sang from her soul. Her live vocals were exquisite over the song’s instrumental track. There’s indeed nothing sweeter than a singer who can sing live and sound exactly like the studio recording. Naomi Sharon is the real deal.

Named after her 2023 debut album Obsidian, Naomi kicks this run of shows off in West Hollywood on March 22nd. She’ll then venture on to Brooklyn, Toronto, Berlin, Paris, London and Amsterdam, where the tour will wrap on April 10th.
