Jungle has had us on edge as we’ve waited each week to get the latest video from their recent album Volcano. We’ve gotten visuals for the majority of the album’s songs and are almost at the end of the line. But before we get to the last clip, we still have a few more to savor — including videos for “Every Night” and “Problemz.”
“Every Night” finds the cast of dancers taking a moment to wind down and enjoy each other’s company. They sip wine, get a little comfortable with each other and, of course, dance. Though there’s some obvious choreography going on here, most of the movement featured feels joyous and free. It’s a perfect break from the constant action of the previous clips.
Speaking of breaks, the dancers get a much-needed one with “Problemz.” Rather than film a completely new video for the track, which was originally released last year in a double clip with “Good Times,” they offer a solo recut of the visual framed within the Volcano short film’s concept. This doesn’t cut down the song’s undeniable groove and infectious flute line nor does it diminish the stylish flair to film the dancers in silhouette against a backdrop dimly lit in a reddish-orange hue.
These might be the most subdued visuals of what Jungle has offered this album cycle, but both clips are undoubtedly a good time. With only three more tracks from the album left, we can’t wait to see what else they’ll be bringing. Watch the videos for “Every Night” and “Problemz” below.
