Days after dropping their surprise EP 3 Of Us, FLO keeps the new music coming. They annex the three-song EP with the addition of a bonus track entitled “Suite Life (Familiar).”
It’s a British baddie link-up on “Suite Life (Familiar)” as the trio welcomes solo artist Bellah into their mix. She contributes not only her vocals to the track but her pen game alongside co-writers MNEK, RELYT and Gaetan Judd. Bellah fits right in with FLO divas Jorja Douglas, Renée Downer and Stella Quaresma as they pull an ex-lover’s card about his choice for a new girl.
The ladies get real spicy while noting a few things about her very familiar looks. “That ho look like she could be my cousin / On some half-sister s**t,” they sing about her uncanny resemblance before going off about his audacity. “Boy, must really be full of it / ’Cause you’re trying to get away from me / But you can’t really get away it seems.”
FLO invited Bellah to join them on stage at this year’s Wireless Festival in London over the weekend to perform “Suite Life (Familiar),” and they sounded grand together.
