Lifetime will have Black viewers on lock all 2023, it seems. The network has already announced the upcoming Janet Jackson docuseries Janet Jackson: Family First, the new Keyshia Cole biopic Keyshia Cole: This Is My Story and the next film in Kelly Rowland’s Merry Liddle Christmas series. This summer, they’ll also be in the TLC business when the new documentary TLC Forever arrives this June. In anticipation of the television event, the network has released an official extended trailer.

The trailer features moments from the storied career of the group — who still remain the best-selling American girl group of all time. From sold out shows to millions of records sold, the ladies hit the highest of highs. But they also dealt with their fair share of turmoil, including the death of their feistiest member Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes.

The trailer shows interviews with surviving members Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas as well as a bevy of their friends and peers — including Missy Elliott, Questlove and others — in addition to archival and behind-the-scenes footage of the trio during their prime. It also teases what the group’s next chapter could be as T-Boz exclaims, “We still got a lot to do! What you mean?”

With the now-duo set to headline their upcoming Hot Summer Nights Tour alongside Shaggy and fellow ’90s superstars En Vogue, we’re sure the ladies have grand plans for the years to come. But first catch TLC when TLC Forever airs on Lifetime June 3rd at 8 p.m. EDT/7 p.m. CDT. Get a look a look at what’s to come in the trailer below.
