Alicia Keys is going to be a ’round the way girl this summer. The GRAMMY Award-winning multihyphenate is returning to the concert stage with plans to give fans a new feel on her Keys To The Summer Tour.
This tour will be Alicia’s first time performing concerts “in the round” with a 360-degree production and totally reimagined set and setlist. Keys worked with director Diane Martel and designer Chiara Stephenson on the Keys To The Summer Tour production to bring concertgoers an elevated concert experience.
The North American arena tour produced by Live Nation will begin in Fort Lauderdale on June 28th and take off from there to cities such as Charlotte, Atlanta, Memphis, D.C., Brooklyn, Toronto, Chicago, St. Louis, Denver, Salt Lake City and Oakland. Hitting a total of 22 cities, Keys will conclude her summertime run on August 2nd in Los Angeles.
“The Keys To The Summer Tour is going to be completely unforgettable and unmissable! I describe it as a celebration of freedom and self-liberation!” Keys said in a press statement. “This is my first time creating a 360 experience and we’ve made sure it’s like nothing you’ve ever seen! I’m so excited to see y’all this summer!”
Alicia’s excitement about this tour is contagious, and she has us ready to give her all of our money. Speaking of which, tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 21st at 9 a.m. local time. Presales are running today through Thursday, April 20th. Members of the Alicia Keys Fan Club and Keys Soulcare customers currently get first dibs, while Spotify, Live Nation, Ticketmaster and venue presales launch on Thursday, April 20th at 10 a.m. local time.
