The R&B group WanMor proves that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. The harmonizing quartet comprised of members Big Boy, Chulo, Tyvas and Rocco are the sons of Boyz II Men member Wanya Morris. The talented siblings have wowed fans with their vocal stylings via social media over the years and caught the attention of many. Mary J. Blige is amongst those who took notice, and she signed them to her Beautiful Life Productions imprint and released their first single “Every Pretty Girl In The City.” The song and video are WanMor’s official introduction, and it is such a pleasure to meet them.

Ranging in age from 12-18, the four brothers take after their multiple GRAMMY Award-winning father. Much like their dad and his Boyz II Men bandmates, the four are crooning, while the girls are swooning. We peep the BIIM parallels on “Every Pretty Girl In The City” – their self-proclaimed “celebration of all girls in every city whose ‘pretty’ shines from the inside out,” – and love to see it.

Co-written by the siblings with Aquil Jackson, Elijah Ross, Ronald Taylor Harris and Shajuan Andrews, the single is a bat signal for all the pretty girls to holla at the fellas when they're in town. The song is a catchy earworm with the lyric, “I need every pretty girl in the city,” at its melodic heart. While they are still figuring out their type, what they do know is how to recognize a real one and compliment her style.

The track features heavy synths, computerized drums and a healthy dose of talkbox to give it throwback appeal. Although some Auto-Tune is employed, make no mistake, these young dudes can SING.

The accompanying visual opens with WanMor on a basketball court in a stark gymnasium set up in a warehouse. We're quickly introduced to each brother, followed by a series of close-ups and well-choreographed dance sequences that showcase their individual vocals, personalities and swag and WanMor’s collective appeal. The gym is filled with teen girls watching the group perform and a chosen few join Big Boy, Chulo, Tyvas and Rocco in high-energy choreo.

Filled with vibrant colors, fresh gear and dope moves, the video supplies '90s R&B meets In Living Color feels with an 8K finish. The clip aptly begins and ends on the ballcourt as WanMor proves that they’ve got next in the R&B game.

“This generation has been giving us great R&B, and that feeling, that soul and that sound remains in our DNA,” Mary J. Blige stated big facts in a press release. "When we heard WanMor sing, we knew we could stop looking. They are IT! Supporting and cultivating true R&B talent is why I started Beautiful Life Productions, and I couldn’t be more proud to do this with these young men.” Shout out to Mary J. and her label for putting R&B first.

This is just the beginning for WanMor. Their debut EP will be released this fall on Beautiful Life Productions in association with 300 Entertainment. We are locked in and can’t wait to watch these rising stars truly shine. Now if you'll excuse us, we’re gonna keep practicing these dance moves with “Every Pretty Girl In The City” on repeat.
