The visual for “Bizness,” directed by Nelson Taylor of Taylormade Creative, drives home the song’s message to mind the business that pays you. As one would expect, Mariah. is the star of the story, and she works it for the camera in several different looks.
The video begins with Mariah. sitting behind a desk typing away on her computer. When the telephone rings, she picks it up and sings the song's lyrics into the receiver, tearing into her ex for not respecting her boundaries.
The lighting and minimal set design change with each of Mariah.'s outfits and hairstyles. She switches back and forth between looks for the remainder of the video as she delivers a strong and clear message to stay out of her business. As the video draws to a close, we get to see Mariah. show off some dance moves as well.
Fans can see more of Mariah.'s moves and hear her perform live on tour starting next month as a special guest of J. Brown on his Chapter & Verse Tour. She'll join him in Chicago, Nashville, D.C. and Philadelphia at local City Winery locations in those cities.
