The smooth midtempo tune took a page from a real-life but short-lived romantic encounter. Isaiah dove deep into the possibilities and expanded on a love affair that never quite reached its height. Now, the noted musician returns with an animated lyric visual to match the sweet and tender narrative.
Viewers are treated to a slightly embellished reenactment of Isaiah’s own romantic rendezvous aboard a cruise ship in the clip for "Stay." We see the sparks from their initial meeting to their chemistry as they couple up while the lyrics appear onscreen. The enchanting video was created by 17-year-old artist and animator Menkaure White for his first major project.
