Those of you that are fans of The Voice might be familiar with the name Cam Anthony. He was the winner of Season 20 of the show, and he caught the attention of Republic Records, who signed him to a record deal. The North Philly-native is no stranger to the bright lights, having performed at the world-famous Apollo Theatre and for the Obama family, so he is tested and ready to take his recording career to the next level with the release of his debut single “Keep It Between Us.”

Cam is totally smitten after an intimate encounter with his lover on “Keep It Between Us.” His nose is wide open, and there's no shame in his game as he shares how he feels about their good love.

"It's 4 am and the thought of you got the blood rushing into my head / It’s been six hours since you have been gone, and your smell is still in my bed," he croons on the first verse. He may have just gotten a little somethin' somethin', but he already can't wait for their next rendezvous when he ends the verse with, "Missing the way you drip / Wish I could have another sip of your loving / Right now."

Instead of telling the world about this good love that he's found, though, Anthony prefers to keep it on the low. "And I hope you don't mind / Cause the secret makes us sweeter, babe," he tells his partner on the second verse, bringing to mind the old Maxwell lyric, "It's on the hush / Only you and I will know," from "The Suite Urban Theme (The Hush)."

Cam’s voice flows effortlessly over the track, which features a jazzy guitar lick, bass and drumbeat that allows space for his soulful vocals to take over. The trumpet adds a nice touch during the chorus as well.

A lyric video for “Keep It Between Us” was released as well, and it features photographs of Cam dressed in red. He's seen in several rooms, also either with red walls or red wallpaper as the lyrics appear on the screen.
