It was last autumn that Nia Sultana shared the message, “SoulStress SZN officially loading,” with the release of her single "Ambience." With her recent announcement that her debut project will be here in a matter of days, however, it's safe to say that SoulStress SZN is officially here. Nia Sultana's EP Bigger Dreams is on tap to drop on Thursday, June 2nd. Before she shares her Bigger Dreams, though, Sultana gives us a look at a day in her life in the music video for her current single "In The Morning."

The beguiling singer-songwriter's daily routine is heavy on the self-care and me-time, which is a direct reflection of the song's theme. Director Joy Simi captures Nia in her natural habitat at home and outdoors. Some of the footage has a vintage film feel that makes it look like an old-school home movie.

The visual starts with her lounging in bed. Instead of mindlessly scrolling through social media on her phone to start her day, she turns it off and picks up her guitar and her journal instead.

Once Nia gets out of bed, we see her doing a few of her favorite things – lighting candles and incense, writing affirmations on her mirror, going through her skincare regimen and luxuriating in the shower. Her self-care routine picks up outside with a little exercising and soaking up the sun, both in her garden and at the beach.

When the lyric "I'll go for a drive / Get lost in space and time" hits, Nia is seen whipping around in her convertible with the wind whipping through her natural curls. Watching her joy as she spends the whole day kicking it with and loving on herself is contagious.

Nia Sultana may be enjoying her solitude and downtime in "In The Morning," but she really can't wait to get her debut in the hands of her fans and begin the next chapter in her career. "I am so excited to finally share ‘Bigger Dreams’ with you on 6/2," she posted on Instagram with the cover art.

The EP, which is available now to pre-save, will be released on the Interscope Records imprint #JUSTAREGULARDAY and will contain features from Rick Ross and JVCK JAMES. Bigger Dreams has been years in the making, but Nia Sultana is just getting started. After all, it's her season.
