The series Queens may have gotten canceled by ABC after its first season, but Brandy is still channeling her character Naomi aka rapper Xplicit Lyrics in real life. She was triggered to unleash her alter ego B Rocka on Jack Harlow who made the egregious error of not recognizing the Vocal Bible's signature voice and referring to the R&B icon as something so basic as "Ray J's sister" during an interview on Hot 97's Ebro In The Morning.
After the Harlow interview initially went viral, Brandy responded with a couple of lighthearted tweets to let the Kentucky fried rapper know that he can get this smoke. “I will murk this dude in rap at 43 on his own beats,” she tweeted. “And then sing is ass to sleep.”
It turns out that where there's smoke there's fire, and Brandy had a lot more to say, which she decided to package up in a diss track. Rapping over the music to Jack Harlow's hit song "First Class," B Rocka had bars for the people in her "First Class (Freestyle)."
"Allow me to reintroduce myself / My name is world-famous / One of the greatest / Living legend / Did I mention my resume is amazing," B Rocka pops her ish and her collar from the first verse. She then goes ahead and runs her resume, namechecking some of her song titles, mentioning some of her television roles and otherwise reminding anyone listening that she's been that chick. "This Black excellence at its finest / Don't call me Brandy no more / Call me your highness."
With "First Class (Freestyle)," Brandy is gonna make sure that you put some respect on her name and that Jack Harlow never forgets it.
