Kenyon Dixon is an R&B crusader. The GRAMMY-nominated singer/songwriter/musician is on a mission to remind people to put some respect on the genre. It can be an uphill battle at times (especially on social media), but R&B Kenny is undaunted and undeterred. His commitment to creating timeless R&B will be heard loud and clear on his forthcoming album Closer.
Dixon has been prepping fans for his new album since January when he released the sensual song "Love On Replay" featuring Tiffany Gouché as its lead single. Earlier this month, he followed that up with the D Smoke-featuring second single "Get High, Get By." Now Kenyon is finally ready to serve up the fruit of his creativity on Closer, and he's unveiled its provocative cover and 12-song long tracklist.
"The world needed more R&B," Dixon wrote on his socials when he posted the cover art. He subsequently captioned a video promo for the album with, "If you love REAL R&B, this one is for you."
Thankfully, we don't have to wait too much longer for Kenyon Dixon's R&B opus Closer to arrive. The project will be released on Thursday, May 5th, and it is currently available for pre-order/pre-save from various digital music platforms.
