R&B singer-songwriter J. Brown is poised to have an impressive 2022. It was announced at the top of the year that the Detroit-bred talent was the newest signee to The SRG-ILS Group, the label home of Ralph Tresvant, Johnny Gill, Brian McKnight and Raheem DeVaughn. He'll also be hitting the road starting this weekend in Baltimore with his labelmates Kenny Lattimore and Ruff Endz on The Loving You Forever Tour. One of the songs that J. will probably be singing while on tour is his latest single "Imagine."
J. Brown dropped "Imagine" during the holiday season, but it's more well-suited for your upcoming Valentine's Day activities and playlists. Brown sings to his sweetheart, letting her know that she's his one and only. "Let me adore you / May I explore you? / Want to give you my everything / Just take my heart and this ring," he croons on the first verse, kicking off the song with a proposal. It only gets more romantic from there as he envisions him and his boo enjoying paradise together forever.
That vision comes to life in the music video for "Imagine" where we see J. showering his leading lady with love. He wraps her in his arms and sings into her ear while they enjoy some alone time together in nature. We follow the couple from the outdoors to indoors, where they retreat for some sexy time in the house. They enjoy each other's company from the kitchen, to in front of the fireplace and to the bathroom, where J. surprises her with roses while she takes a bath.
