Christmas is mere days away, and we already know most of you are consisting on a holiday music-only musical diet at this point. So are your favorite artists, it seems. Jhené Aiko reached into her vault to give us some merry feelings with a new version of her Christmas cut "Wrap Me Up." She's now giving us a bit of elegance and class with a video for the song.
Backed by a full ensemble (including a harpist) and draped in a beautiful white gown, Jhené brings the romance with the song. The video focuses on the performance aspect rather than give us a narrative to go by. That means we get plenty of looks at Jhené as she sings into a mic while the band plays on. We're not complaining about that either. The singer-songwriter gives the camera smoldering eye contact the entire time, enchanting us as she sings of a romantic time over the holidays. The grown and sexy approach somehow makes the song feel even more sincere and endearing (even for those who might not be into holiday music) and will definitely be making it onto our playlist for a late-night Christmas rendezvous.
