On the heels of her previous invitation to turn up in “Pasadena,” Tinashe keeps the party jumping with another carefree single entitled “Bouncin.”
“Bouncin” is all about enjoying life and getting your two-step on. “Watch it bouncin’ on the ground, got my edges sweating out / Turn it up extra loud (Uh, oh ohhh) / Yeah tonight we stepping out,” Tinashe sing-raps on the chorus. She even channels her Nasty Nashe side with a lyric about sending "dirty pics, something naked to the cloud." Tinashe threatens us with a hella good time over an enchanting electro R&B track courtesy of producer dwilly.
“Bouncin’” is the latest single from Tinashe’s upcoming album, 333, the title of which represents her angle number. We learned via her interview with Bustle that the album will focus on movement and spirituality and was inspired by her COVID self-care routine that included doing dance and workout classes on Zoom, checking out mental health podcasts and listing to Erykah Badu and Thundercat. If she manages to snag a Thundercat collabo on the project, that would make our day.
