Kyle Dion & Kari Faux Put The Fun In Dysfunctional With 'Purr'

While most of us want a love that's easy as Sunday morning, some folks like the drama that comes with relationships. You can count singer Kyle Dion among that number if his newest single "Purr" is accurate to his own life. He teams with teams with rapper Kari Faux for the track and brings it to brightly colored life with the song's recently released visual.

The twosome goes back and forth as they describe just how much dysfunction turns them on the chorus. "I need my b***h to yell at me, purr / Need a girly who loves to get on my nerves," Kyle sings. Meanwhile, Kari takes things further, saying, "I need my n***a mad at me, purr / So when we f**kin' he gon' pull my hurr." Kyle keeps this idea going further on the verses, where he's quick to praise someone not afraid to get a little feisty to spice things up, singing, "Pillow talk, need a pillow fight / Something wrong if you don't bite / I can love on you all night / A little drama that’s my type."

The visual further shows that the kind of love Kyle and Kari are looking for isn't for the faint of heart. It opens with Kyle having a sexy time with two ladies before Kari bursts into the room toting a bazooka. It's enough to make Kyle hop out the window and into a brightly colored fantasy land that allows Kyle to let his hair down as several different personalities that each have an affinity for the more dysfunctional things in love.

Kyle Dion is looking to drop his follow-up to 2019's SUGA sometime this year (with a suggestion that it might come as soon as this summer). Prepare yourself for what he has in store by getting into "Purr" below.
