Brown was handpicked by Varner to open for The Ellevation Tour, and he is definitely on the right track after his singles "Sunrise Sunset" and "Give It 2 U" received hella love in 2019. Candy, flowers and $200 dates are of no concern to J. Brown who promises his woman an intergalactic kinda love on "Moon." "Let me take you to the moon, babe / Where it's quiet, make love on the stars / Watch the sunrise on the planet, then head down to Mars," J. sings on the chorus, impressing upon his lady that she's the center of his universe. Co-written by Brown and Steve James and produced by G.C., "Moon" is a mid-tempo bop about being in love and doing whatever needs to be done to stay that way. "'Moon' is an escape place for my lady and I," J. Brown says about the song. "It's our comfort zone where she and I can focus on us, our love, our happiness and ultimately staying in love forever."

If you've been on the hunt for a male singer putting out solid R&B, J. Brown is here to feed your need. For more goodness where "Moon" came from, be on the lookout for Forever Yours, which will be released on Friday, January 24th.
