Stevie Wonder Will Undergo Kidney Transplant In September
With legends like Prince and Aretha Franklin leaving us in recent years, we're very protective of the ones we have left. That's why when the rumor mill began churning with news of Stevie Wonder's failing health, we went into full panic mode. This weekend, Stevie confirmed that he hasn't been in the best of health and that he would be undergoing a kidney transplant come September. He broke the news during a concert in London's Hyde Park. "So what's gonna happen is this, I'm going to have surgery, I'm going to have a kidney transplant in September of this year. I'm all good, I'm all good, I'm all good. I have a donor, it's all good," he assured the crowd. "I want you to know I came here to give you my love and to thank you for your love. You ain't gotta hear no rumors about nothing, I told you what's up. I'm good. All right?" While we're glad that Stevie is in good spirits we're still going to worry. #PrayersUp
